“24 Hours of Art Related Stuff”
I don’t really have planned where this post is going today…….just the art related events of my day mostly…….
Ive been up for past 24 hours straight doing several different art related things ………jeeeesh! And I’m rather frustrated that one project took 12 hours today plus several hours the other day………I really didn’t think it would take 16 or so hours to simply prep and submit 7 digital art works to be submitted for consideration for a magazine as an article about me and my art. There were sooooo many technical glitches to solve.

On the flip side…..although I did that I was enjoying a day off work. Not having to be at work is a big relief. Any day off work is a great day !
It was kind of funny that art chore took half a day and yet it was not on my TO DO LIST ! I was shocked I’d left it off my long list ! So I wrote it on there just so I could cross it off…….ha!
When that 12 hours from 1 am to 1 pm was finally over….I took a much deserved break😍. During my break I even went back and admired the work I’d done by looking at the 7 images I’d selected for submission and re- reading my written submission forms for each image……lol. It actually gave me comfort to see the good job I’d done…….basking in my success , so to speak.

Next up, While doing laundry, I brainstormed ways I might approach my weekly theme for my YouTube creative follow along art series”Serenity Art Sundays”. I’m going to go with some sort of theme of encouraging expressiveness in my artwork through certain techniques , such as using my non dominant hand to paint and draw, use of no paintbrushes, and some other techniques.
After that …….I worked on installing and designing my new pop up boxes on my website to encourage subscriber sign ups. That was challenging and fun😍. I had to watch and read several tutorials to get it going. Designing my pop up was the super fun part ! This all took me several hours and the 24 hours was nearly up.
Finally, I wrote an art blog post for my website for this blogging challenge and then read 3 blogs……….whew!!!!!
After being up 26 hours I finally went to bed at 3:30 am😴😴😴
